Our progress promise:
the full terms

We measure where your child starts, we measure where they finish, and we show you both. Here is exactly how that works.

  1. Every child sits a baseline assessment in maths and English when they join, and an equivalent assessment at the end of each term.
  2. You receive both results in writing.
  3. If your child has attended at least 90% of their lessons and completed their set homework, but their end-of-term result is not higher than their baseline, their next month's fees are free.
  4. The free month is applied to the next month's invoice. It is not paid as cash.
  5. If you are not happy for any reason in your first four weeks, tell us before the end of week four and we will refund that month in full.
  6. The promise applies to Bloom Core, Bloom 11+ and Bloom 11+ Plus. It does not apply to one-off products (mock exams and the half-term sprint).
  7. The promise is about measured progress on our assessments. We do not promise a particular exam result or school place.
